The Row, Winter Park, Colorado

Just outside of downtown Winter Park, The Row is a three-story mountain modern retreat that strikes the perfect balance between comfort and function. We used a fresh and timeless palette of grays, white, and black to set the tone, while charcoal oak floors and burlap birch cabinetry bring in warmth and texture.

Clean, simple lines keep the design feeling modern, with thoughtful details throughout that add depth and character.  The open-concept main living area is centered around a walnut dining table paired with lucite chairs, creating an airy, open feel. A sleek Jøtul gas fireplace adds warmth and a cozy focal point, with plenty of comfortable seating. The rooftop deck featuring incredible views, a hot tub, lounge space, and dining for eight.

The bedrooms are comfortable and casual, designed to feel relaxed and inviting. The bunk room adds a more playful touch, with custom built-ins and a layout perfect for kids. Throughout the home, fun artwork with pops of color bring energy and interest, while keeping with the clean, modern aesthetic.
