Prospect on Central, Denver, Colorado

Built in 2013, Prospect on Central is a 5 story apartment building located in Lower Highlands (LoHi), Denver.  Along with a complete remodel of the lobby, leasing office, common areas, mail and package room, gym and rooftop deck equipped with an oversized firepit overlooking the city of Denver, we also completed a renovation of all 56 apartment units.  The units have been updated with new cabinetry for kitchen and baths, appliances, custom backsplash, countertops, light and plumbing fixtures and more.  We revamped the elevator landings and corridors with new carpet, lighting and custom signage.  Over 100 pieces of art were hand curated for the common areas and corridors throughout the building. Contemporary and contract grade furniture and updated finishes help modernized this desirable apartment building in our ever growing mile high city.
