Winter Park, Colorado

This was a complete overhaul of a home nestled in the mountains near Winter Park Mountain Resort in Fraser, Colorado.  The home was originally built in the early 90s and had great bones, an abundance of natural light, vaulted ceilings and a ton of potential.  Painting all walls, baseboards, trim and doors my favorite white, Benjamin Moore Silver Satin, along with replacing the flooring with a LVT in a light maple finish, the space is now light, bright and contemporary.  The cabinets stayed and were painted a dark gray and the countertops were replaced with white quartz.   Updated appliances and an added hot tub and wood burning stove make this a modern, family friendly weekend getaway when city livin’ just feels like too much.
